Working together through what masks we hide our true essence behind, to protect oursleves, fit in, be recognized and receive attention.

Whether it be our roles (the perfect mother, the CEO, the perfect wife...) or our attitudes (the good girl, the spiritual one, the strong one...) we all develop masks trhoughout our lives to feel accepted.

Eventually these roles starts to feel really tight and we might feel so confused by them that we lose sight of who we truly are behind them.

Let's work through this together in a safe space, connecting back to our authenticity, to start the year aligning to our truest highest selves.

WHAT IS THE SACRED WOMEN GATHERING?

• It’s an intimate gathering of 6 women to have an experience of deep inner work in a nourishing and loving environment.

• Each gathering will have a different theme

• It’s a ritual, it’s a circle, it’s a ceremony, it’s a session.

• It is designed using modern therapeutic techniques - somatic therapy, inner child work, shadow work, exposure work - Energy work - chakras, visualisation meditations..

• Each session is a different combination of these tools to serve the theme of the gathering

• There are no plants involved, except Cacao, perhaps, but not this first one.
