Excited to announce the next Mother’s Circle 💫

🌸 What

A Circle is a gathering to share and listen. Each mother will have her own sacred space held by the group.

Motherhood is an intimate and often solitary journey - the greatest transformation of them all. As we give our hearts and bodies to our little ones - rituals and practices that keep us grounded and nourished become ever more sacred. Connecting, sharing, feeling seen and understood in this magical role - and in all our others - can be deeply soothing, empowering and inspiring.

The theme for this Circle will be ”Imperfect” .

We will then have time to connect and integrate over a delicious lunch prepared with Love by Iona. @the_nudge_lisboa

🌸 When and Where

Friday 28th of October, from 12pm until 2pm, in Lapa, Lisbon.

🌸 Who

Any Mama out there, whether pregnant, postpartum or anywhere along the line. Also, any woman trying to conceive and wishing to connect to motherhood energy 🤍

🌸 How

Participation - 30euros.
